Fortnum & Mason Summer Dish! Grilled Yellowfin Tuna with Fresh Salsa, Strawberry Mille-feuille

181 Fortnum & Mason recently launched a series of summer limited edition dishes, using seasonal ingredients, feels fresh!

This includes the appetizer “Seared Tuna with Alfonso Mango Salsa,” colorful and vibrant, featuring seared yellowfin tuna paired with a salsa made with Alfonso mango, Thai chili, lime, and pomegranate, full of summer vibes.

“Salmon en Croute with Hassleback Potatoes” features a crispy golden puff pastry, enveloping top-quality Glenarm salmon from Ireland, with smoked salmon mousse in the middle, accompanied by light and smooth Jersey Royal potatoes and crispy kale as side dishes. Also recommended is the “Grilled Mackerel Celeriac Remoulade,” using British Atlantic mackerel, first grilled mackerel, then paired with beetroot puree and fresh pickles, sweet apples, balancing the greasiness of the grilled fish.

In terms of desserts, the “Summer Strawberry mille-feuille” uses fresh, sweet and juicy British strawberries, paired with airy puff pastry, cream, and mint leaves.

In addition to limited edition dishes, Fortnum & Mason also offers products such as “Rosé Sparkling Tea”, “Summer Cocktail Odditea”, “Sir Nigel’s Orange Marmalade Vodka”, and “Piccadilly Lemon Curd Biscuits”.
