Apart from savory dishes, all desserts are also homemade. The Tofu Roll Cake, which has not been placed on the menu since moving to the new store, is definitely worth a try! The cream made of tofu, fresh cream, and milk still has an incredibly creamy texture with a hint of soybean fragrance. The sponge cake is soft and perfectly moist, and the whole cake can be ordered in an 8-inch size! ($250)
Another option available for pre-order is the Flan Cake, with a bottom layer of caramel-infused sponge cake, a smooth caramel pudding custard on top, sprinkled with sugar, then baked until crispy, rich in caramel flavor and with multiple textures. The 8-inch whole cake is only $250, much more cost-effective than many cake shops or online stores!
Cake orders must be placed at least three days in advance. If you see other styles of cakes at the café, you can also inquire with the store for reservations!
