Tanuki Coffee launches new product! Free specialty coffee workshop/Signature Norwegian Cheese Latte

by

When it comes to “Tanuki,” one will immediately think of 193, raccoons, and Norwegian Brunost cheese. These elements are indeed the focus of the brand, but the original intention of the brand was not just these! Among the founders of the coffee shop are coffee enthusiasts and people who are in the food and beverage industry themselves. Therefore, the goal has always been to promote coffee culture, targeting the general public who have little exposure to specialty coffee, hoping to share the joy of drinking coffee with the public in a simple and easy-to-understand way!

This time, when launching new drinks and food, we have developed in this direction, focusing on promoting the “Tanuki Tasting Set” ($88) as a guided tasting experience for specialty coffee. Each set comes with 3 different coffee beans, brewed in batch brew form, each bean has a different origin and processing method, with distinct flavor differences. The tasting set will come with tasting notes, allowing customers who are new to specialty coffee to sip and refer to the tasting notes, testing their taste buds!

The new coffee product also collaborates with the local tonic brand “Attic Brewing” to launch the “Herbal Espresso Tonic” ($65), this herbal tonic water is made with local dragon grass and locally produced bergamot, with a sweet and minty flavor, paired with lemon and floral espresso, the taste is outstanding and well-matched.

There is also “Brown Sugar Lemon Coffee” ($65), which includes Okinawa brown sugar, fresh lemon juice, and herbal tonic, refreshing with a slight sweetness.

If you want to check in, you have to try the “Norwegian Brunost Cheese Latte” ($68), which uses Norwegian Brunost cheese from Tanuki cheese croissant waffle, spread on the latte layer, the shape is attractive and quite evil! The cheese itself has a caramel flavor, so the sweetness is high, but after mixing with the layers of latte, it has a balanced taste.

As for another signature dish, the “Egg Sando” has launched an improved new version, with a softer bread that is slightly sweet, fillings include bacon, teriyaki beef, lobster salad, and scrambled eggs, creating a rich texture!

If you want to learn more about coffee culture, pay attention to the workshops organized by Tanuki starting from the end of July. Participants can taste the difference between regular drip coffee and herbal drip coffee, and Tanuki will also explain the style of specialty coffee and different coffee beans. The workshop is free of charge, and participants will receive two specialty coffee drinks at the end of the workshop.
