When Wenli Bakery 10 limited edition summer fruit tarts! Raspberry Rose / Pineapple Passion Fruit / Blueberry White Cheese Cream

When Dominique Ansel’s Summer Marché returns to the Dang Wen Li Bakery, it brings 10 limited-time fruit tarts made with seasonal fresh fruits!

Three new fruit tarts have made their debut! The “California Red Berry Rose Tart” features juicy and sweet red berries, topped with rose red berry white chocolate sauce and homemade red berry jam; the “Philippine Pineapple Passion Fruit Tart” combines fresh pineapple with mango passion fruit white chocolate sauce and candied pineapple, bursting with tropical fruit flavors. As for the “Peruvian Blueberry White Cheese Cream Tart” inspired by blueberry cheesecake, it pairs sweet blueberries with white cheese cream and homemade mixed berry jam, creating a smooth texture.

In addition, there are “Philippine Banana Fertilizer Tart”, “Shizuoka Melon Jasmine Tart”, “Yamanashi White Peach Almond Cream Tart”, “Taiwan Aiwen Mango Coconut Tart”, “South African Fig Black Currant Tart”, “California Cherry Pistachio Tart”, “California Strawberry Vanilla Mascarpone Tart”, available for a limited time from July 6th to the 19th!
