The series of delicate Tea set items are inspired by Paul & Joe’s body care series and flagship products. In terms of savory items, the highlight is the refreshing and appetizing Matsuba crab chrysanthemum jelly, served with sweet Matsuba crab paired with asparagus fennel salad, crystal diamond dried mullet roe, and passion fruit jam, all presented in a beach-themed glass bowl, a must-have for social media check-ins! P&J deep-fried potato balls with caviar are served with mini beach shovels, with each potato ball paired with rich aged Comté cheese, scallions, French cream, Mexican chili, and precious caviar.
Other exquisite snacks include delicate and smooth foie gras on French bread with blueberry jam, seared yellowfin tuna with black and green olives, as well as Iberian ham and fig toast.
Desserts include peach profiteroles with sugar-soaked peaches, vanilla cream, and raspberry jelly, as well as cherry pistachio opera cake with a mischievous sailor cat logo and cherry sauce. Noteworthy are the homemade English scones, offering unique flavors of chrysanthemum and apricot, served with French jam and cream.
