NOC has opened a new store, this time in Tsuen Wan, with a refreshing Japanese garden style. The café, located in a corner of the mall, resembles a miniature Kyoto townhouse, with semi-open wooden lattice fences, stone-paved paths, and green plants, creating a garden landscape. With the large glass windows designed for natural lighting, it brings a tranquil and natural Japanese Zen atmosphere.
The brand itself values the concept of sustainable development, with each store using recyclable building materials. The new store’s regenerated terrazzo coffee table material combines concrete waste, non-degradable ceramic tableware, and recycled disposable coffee cups, giving a deeper meaning to the coffee shop and coffee cups.
The new store introduces healthy new dishes such as “Avocado Fruit Bowl” ($78), where creamy avocado puree is topped with blueberries, grapefruit, and other fruits, while the “Porcini Mushroom Risotto” ($148) has a rich porcini mushroom flavor infused into the rice grains. For vegetarians, there are also more options, such as “Mexican Vegetarian Pie” ($118) and “Roasted Cauliflower Salad Bowl” ($128), both generously portioned.
In terms of new drinks, the highlight is the hot chocolate ($60), made with Ghana 68% dark chocolate to create a rich and smooth hot chocolate drink, full of cocoa flavor.
The new store will officially open on June 26th, and will offer limited opening day promotions. The first 50 customers to the new store will receive a free cup of coffee, while the first 10 customers will receive a special NOC diffuser stone and an essential oil set blended with No.18 brand coffee beans fragrance!
