Popular handmade pasta shop anniversary limited dishes! Reintroducing 5 Italian ravioli/Italian handmade round noodles

The Italian noodle bar Pici, known for its high-quality handmade pasta, has launched a new menu for its 5th anniversary, featuring several of its most popular limited-time pasta dishes from the past!

Pici Wan Chai flagship store will add new Italian dishes to its daily a la carte menu, with starters including classic cocktail sauce shrimp salad and selected cold cuts, including Italian Parma ham, fresh melon, and a bite-sized mini mozzarella cheese. For the main course, there are vegetarian options such as Italian porcini mushroom wide noodles, and smoked salmon ink Italian ravioli, with ink dough wrapped around smoked salmon and Japanese molten egg yolk, topped with lemon butter sauce and salmon roe, rich in flavor!

Pici’s all branches will also reintroduce limited-time dishes from the past five years from June 27 to July 31, with limited weekly availability and updates, including Italian asparagus truffle ravioli, seafood Italian handmade round noodles, duck sauce cheese ravioli, smoked salmon ravioli, and king crab guitar noodles, available starting at 18:00 every day!

In addition, the Causeway Bay Pici branch will open in July, and the new branch will give away over 500 portions of pasta and snacks for free on August 4th. Stay tuned!
