During the Radical Chic period, the “Lunar New Year Tasting Menu” offered by the Italian restaurant brings 6 exquisite dishes, incorporating meat, seafood, and seasonal ingredients from Italy, as well as ingredients with a Chinese twist. The meal starts with the appetizer “Chilled lettuce, crispy risotto, black fungus, and chili powder”, combining Chinese classic cold dish black fungus with crispy risotto, refreshing and rich in texture. Following that, the “Chickpea soup and Italian bacon shrimp roll skewers” are the perfect choice for warming up in winter.

Main course options include “Cheese Red Snapper Wide Pasta,” which highlights the chewiness of wide pasta with rich and soft cheese, while complementing the tender flavor of pan-seared red snapper, resulting in a delicate texture; or “A5 Wagyu Italian Xiao Long Bao with Red Tea Powder,” a dumpling filled with top-grade A5 Wagyu beef, inspired by the concept of Chinese Xiao Long Bao, and uniquely sprinkled with smoked Lapsang Souchong red tea powder, emitting a tea aroma.

Two featured main dishes are variations of classic Chinese dishes, including the lightly spicy “Sichuan pepper pigeon with potato spinach pancake” and “Grouper fillet with braised cabbage and goji berry sauce,” the latter symbolizing “surplus year after year.” Finally, paired with desserts “Special Italian ice cream” and the symbol of good luck “Citrus tart,” the banquet is concluded with a round of blessings for the new year.
