“K STUFF Korean” Korean food selection store enters Da Nan Street! “Evolved version” Korean stir-fried rice cakes, fried chicken burgers!

Prince Edward Road South has always been a favorite spot for the artsy crowd, with plenty of cafes to check in at, as well as unique or locally inspired vintage and grocery stores for everyone to discover surprises. And for those who love Korean culture, you can now go “treasure hunting” on Prince Edward Road South! Recently, the Korean-themed store “K STUFF 韓嘢” has set up shop in the area, where you can not only enjoy Korean cuisine but also get your hands on a variety of lifestyle items!

“K STUFF Korean” combines traditional Korean tiled roofs with large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, creating a design that is full of the characteristics of the alternating old and new cultures. The themed store is divided into three zones: food, retail, and workshops. The food area, which foodies are most interested in, is run by a Korean chef, offering a series of Korean fusion dishes. Highlights include original, sweet and spicy, and soy sauce flavored “Korean fried chicken,” as well as the “Challenger Fried Chicken Burger” that combines Korean fried chicken with an American burger. Using a unique Korean method to fry tender and juicy boneless chicken, served with a refreshing vegetable salad and sauces of different spiciness levels, satisfying the taste buds!

Additionally, there is also the popular Korean dish “Rose Sauce Stir-Fried Rice Cakes” that has been trending lately. It is made by mixing tomato cream sauce with rose sauce, paired with soft and chewy white rice cakes. This “evolved version” of Korean stir-fried rice cakes has a sweet and sour taste, without the spiciness. For those who enjoy spicy food, you can choose the “Traditional Spicy Stir-Fried Rice Cakes” and customize it with toppings like cheese, Korean fried dumplings, or fried seaweed rolls according to personal preference.

Apart from the “evil” recommendation, there are also refreshing dishes, such as “homemade Italian soft cheese salad”, which uses traditional Italian soft cheese with a smooth texture, rich milky flavor, and a hint of nuttiness, paired with vegetables and drizzled with Korean yuzu salad dressing, fresh and healthy. There are also dishes like “square seaweed rice rolls”, “Korean thin pancake rolls”, and Korean pickles, including homemade pickled radish and pickled garlic stems.
