Central’s New Restaurant 1111 Ones Restaurant & Lounge! Creating an indoor “American Antelope Canyon” with locally sourced ingredients to produce gourmet cuisine!

During days when traveling is not possible, staying in Hong Kong to discover new entertainment spots and food has become the new norm. However, Hong Kong gathers various unique dining options, emphasizing not only food quality but also paying more attention to the interior decoration and menu design of the restaurants.

This month, another high-end restaurant, 1111 Ones Restaurant & Lounge, has opened on the food street in Central, where a variety of gourmet foods are gathered. This fine dining restaurant not only takes the design inspiration from the American Antelope Canyon to create an extremely beautiful streamlined interior decoration, but also uses local ingredients to create gourmet food of boutique level, providing food lovers with another great place to dine!

The restaurant covers 2,400 square feet, inspired by the natural landscape, with design elements drawn from the popular tourist destination “Antelope Canyon” in Arizona, USA. The arches and ceiling of the restaurant are adorned with streamlined designs, resembling the undulating rhythm of natural rock formations. The ocher color tones are meticulously layered by craftsmen, adding texture and unique patterns. In addition, white marble tables are used in the store, harmonizing with the warm tones.

The restaurant embodies a reverence for nature, drawing visual inspiration from local photographer Kelvin Yuen’s landscape photos in the presentation of food and menu design. Kelvin previously won international photography awards for his ethereal landscape photography, and local chef Will Leung echoes the beauty of those scenes with food, showcasing spectacular glaciers and dreamy mountain views.

1111 Ones Restaurant & Lounge will offer 6-course and 8-course tasting menus, using locally sourced ingredients. Appetizers include king crab with black fungus and bamboo shoots, while main course highlights include selected seafood and meat dishes, such as Black Angus beef with carrot puree, soft-shell lobster with persimmon jelly, and chicory.

Finally, of course, there are special desserts, Petit four is a bite-sized dessert that makes everyone feel more satisfied after a hearty meal.

The restaurant works closely with local farms to reinterpret local high-quality ingredients in a modern Western cooking style. It also provides guests with a comfortable and upscale dining space, paying attention to every detail in both the dishes and the environment. We believe it will definitely bring everyone an excellent dining experience!
