Local Vegetarian Delights! Check out 3 Chinese restaurants that offer dishes made with Impossible Foods plant-based pork!

“Go Green” is a friendly choice for both the environment and health, and has become a dietary trend. However, for those who love to eat meat, vegetarian dishes that focus on fruits and vegetables may not be very appealing! But in recent years, with the rise of plant-based “meat,” there are more options available. The vegetarian meat brand Impossible Foods has recently launched Impossible plant-based pork in Hong Kong!

Impossible plant-based pork is more sustainable than animal-based minced pork, and it is gluten-free, nitrate-free, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free, while being rich in nutrients. It has a slightly salty and rich meaty flavor, without being overly strong or gamey, making it suitable for dishes that call for minced pork. In addition to modern and Western dishes, many Chinese restaurants have also incorporated dishes made with Impossible plant-based pork, allowing foodies to try something new. Here are 3 selected restaurants featuring various specialty vegetarian dishes!

1. YUE 悅
