Burberry has just released a new holiday ad “The Night Before,” featuring Latin pop queen Shakira and popular singer Burna Boy, capturing the festive atmosphere with a lively and slightly whimsical video.
This ad features Shakira and Burna Boy, both making their debut in the campaign, embodying their excitement for the eve and offering a fresh take on traditional holidays. The video showcases several scenes: Burna Boy as an angel, piles of exclusive checkered gifts, Burna Boy striding through freshly fallen snow, musicians rehearsing the season’s rhythms, and Shakira making an entrance on a Christmas dinner table, which then transforms into Burberry’s runway.
The advertisement showcases a holiday collection, including iconic outerwear, from a birch brown plaid overcoat to a beige windbreaker. Evening wear includes a sheer dress with a knight on horseback pattern and a dazzling crystal oak leaf emblem, as well as a classic men’s suit with a knight on horseback pattern and floral embroidery, along with accessories crafted from metal and dazzling crystals that shimmer and shine.
