Chaumet 推出立體書《亦冠冕 亦夢境》,講述 10 個經典冠冕背後的故事

Since ancient times, crowns have always been a symbol of royal power. The Parisian palace-level jewelry art family Chaumet, since 1780, has created over a thousand crown masterpieces at their jewelry workshop on Place Vendôme. They have crowned Empress Joséphine, wife of Napoleon, as well as many noble and distinguished women, elevating their esteemed status to the highest level. This year, the brand has released “Tiaras of Dreams, Dreaming of Tiaras” pop-up book, featuring 10 exquisite and captivating pop-up models that tell the stories behind these famous crowns.

The book is supplemented with exquisite color illustrations of short stories, including Napoleon and Empress Josephine strolling in the Malmaison garden, opera headpiece costumes, a love story in Russia, the high society of the 1920s, 1001 Nights, under romantic cherry blossoms, and a date at the Palace of Versailles, each story centered around one of Chaumet’s iconic crowns. When you turn the pages, it feels as if you can travel through time, allowing readers to review the classic crowns the brand has created over the past 240 years.

“Tiaras of Dreams, Dreaming of Tiaras” is a book written by Michèle Gazier, with illustrations by Kristjana S. Williams, available in French, English, and Simplified Chinese versions.
