The diptyque Do Son fragrance is one of the childhood memories of the brand’s co-founder Yves Coueslant. When he was young, he and his family vacationed in the small town of Do Son in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam, where the tropical floral scents of Southeast Asia fascinated him. After founding diptyque, he collaborated with perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin in 2005 to create this scent from his memory, blending jasmine, tuberose, orange leaves, pink pepper, benzoin, and musk in the Do Son fragrance.
Arriving in 2022, this oceanic fragrance that has captivated many fragrance enthusiasts brings a brand new limited edition. The 2022 limited edition Do Son perfume replaces the classic clear glass bottle with a rich and slightly mysterious peacock blue, transforming the perfume into deep blue seawater, a touch of blue evoking the scenery of summer in Vietnam’s Ha Long Bay, as if feeling the cool sea breeze from a visual perspective.
