相信大家对 Chocolate Rain 中顶着「菇头」发型的可爱女孩并不陌生，没想到原来她已经面世 22 年，可以说是陪伴着一代香港人成长。近期，Chocolate Rain 创作总监麦雅端（Prudence Mak）带来其入行以来第二个展览，展出过百幅作品，记录她投身艺术创作以来的成长历程。
This exhibition, Prudence simply uses a brush to create the story character Fatina Dreams on the canvas – a puppet who always closes her eyes to dream, feels the joy and happiness in life with her heart, and shares her own growth experience, artistic inspiration, and persistence in art with visitors. Audiences can witness the artist’s painting journey through the transformation of themes, colors, and creative techniques. The painting style is simple and natural, mainly based on circles, avoiding the square frame giving a too rigid and serious feeling, highlighting the artist’s pursuit of diversity and plasticity. 这次展览，普鲁登斯简单地用画笔在画布上创作了故事人物法天娜（Fatina Dreams）- 一个总是闭着眼睛做梦，用心感受生活中的快乐和幸福的布偶，与参观者分享她自己的成长经历、艺术灵感以及对艺术的执着。观众可以通过主题、色彩和创作技巧的转变，见证艺术家一路走来的绘画之旅。画作风格朴实自然，主要以圆形为主，避免方正画框给人太过刻板正经的感觉，突显艺术家对多样性和可塑性的追求。
Prudence also pays tribute to artists she admires and who have inspired her, including ceramic artist Clarice Cliff, French poet and artist Jean Cocteau, abstract master Picasso, Louise Bourgeois famous for her “MAMAM” giant spider sculpture, and Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama, who has taken polka dot pumpkins to the next level, they are all sources of artistic inspiration for artists. Prudence 亦向其欣赏及对其有所启发的艺术家致敬，包括陶瓷艺术家 Clarice Cliff、法国诗人兼艺术家 Jean Cocteau、抽象派大师毕加索、以「MAMAM」巨型蜘蛛雕塑驰名于世的 Louise Bourgeois、以及将波点南瓜发挥得淋漓尽致的日本艺术家草间弥生等，他们都是艺术家艺术灵感的泉源。
入口对着的墙壁上特设多个大小与高低不一的小窗口，观众可以一窥艺术家想像中的梦幻生活，其中更藏有艺术家的珍贵画作在不同角度之中，等待观众在窥探过程中逐一发掘。
此外，展览场地外头更展出大型充气装置，让观众们可以打卡留念。展览期间逢周五至周日，更会举行由艺术家麦雅端亲身主持的工作坊及分享环节，大家不容错过！
