In addition to following the original practice, this year’s conference will introduce a new initiative, inviting members of the next “Advisory Committee” to hold an exhibition at Kiyomizu Temple in Kyoto. The next Advisory Committee will consist of 14 groups, including well-known artists such as Daisuke Obata, Izumi Kato, Kengo Kito, Chiharu Shiota, Noboru Tsubaki, Kohei Nawa, Tatsuo Miyajima, and Kenji Yanobe. Prior to this, the art fair has never planned an exhibition with only an Advisory Committee, but this time it will bring together their representative and new works, which is definitely a major breakthrough for the event!
