Combining surrealism with mechanical aesthetics, whether it’s the pre-fame “AIBO” or the iconic Sexy Robot series, Master Kongshan directly depicts his ideas through well-crafted creations. Following last August’s release of the Sexy Robots series blockchain artwork with ZHEN., this time collaborating again with ZHEN., Kongshan uses another iconic series “Aquatic” as the main theme to create two publicly available NFT works, “Untitled_Shark Robot (Day)” and “Untitled_Shark Robot (Full)”.

The first work “Untitled_Shark Robot (Day)” is presented in animated form, showcasing the famous Sorayama Shark swimming gracefully in the vast ocean, presenting an image where the main subject Sorayama Shark redefines aesthetics under the collision of ocean and machinery. The entire work is produced in digital animation, lasting 20 seconds, limited to 1000 sets, priced at $299 USD; the other work is “Untitled_Shark Robot (Full)”, also presented in animated form featuring Sorayama Shark. The unique feature is that Sorayama Shark not only swims in the deep sea, but also appears in 3D form at the end of the video, bringing an immersive visual effect to viewers, further challenging everyone’s sensory world with this impactful beauty. This work lasts 60 seconds, limited to only 100 sets, with an official price of $3,700 USD.

Taking into account the public’s concerns about ownership of NFTs, this time ZHEN. has specially created physical trading cards for the NFT artworks of Master Kong Shan. Successful subscribers will receive the corresponding design. Jaclyn Siu, co-founder and managing director of ZHEN., said, “We hope the public can understand digital ownership, so we have specially created physical trading cards for this NFT exhibition to make people think about the equivalence and relationship between physical and digital. We hope to popularize this new trend of NFTs and bring everyone a more unique and different art experience.”
