One World! Ralph Lauren’s new Pride collection celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community.

by

The world is paying more and more attention to sexual minority issues, giving more equal treatment and rights to sexual minority groups, just like Taiwan becoming the first place in Asia to pass same-sex marriage legalization, which is truly inspiring. The fashion industry also pays attention to sexual minorities, and Polo Ralph Lauren has released a new Pride collection, celebrating a culture of great love and inclusivity, and will donate a portion of retail profits to organizations around the world advocating for the rights of the LGBTQIA+ sexual minority community, expressing support for them.

The Pride capsule collection features gender-neutral designs, with rainbow stripes outlining the classic Polo Pony logo, printed on t-shirts, Polo shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and baseball caps, available in adult and children sizes, allowing more people to embrace the concept of unity in diversity, while also supporting marginalized communities when shopping.

The new series of advertisements invites individuals from different sectors to actively promote LGBTQIA+ community equality, including freestyle skier and social reformer Gus Kenworthy, ballet dancer Harper Watters, writer, comedian, and actress Patti Harrison, etc. Through the lens of photographer Cass Bird, they showcase their true selves in a vibrant manner and speak up for the sexual minority community.
